All you pet parents take the best care of your fur, fin and feather babies – so you deserve to be rewarded!
That’s why we created PetClub. Every time you shop in-store, online, at our Jolly Groomers or visit one of our clinics and spend £10 or more, you’ll earn a Paw Print. Once you have collected 5 Paw Prints, you will automatically receive a £2 voucher to use off your next shop in-store. That's not all, you will also receive exclusive offers to use in-store as well as a special treat on the anniversary of the date you joined the PetClub pack! It doesn’t matter whether you’re the parent of a great dane or a dwarf hamster – there’s plenty of benefits up for grabs.

We’re simplifying the PetClub from 30th we will no longer offer points when customers shop and on 2nd June relaunching a new version of PetClub with new perks for our PetClub customers. This simplified PetClub aims to continue to provide rewards for our customers.
We’re constantly reviewing how we can evolve PetClub which continue to offer rewards for customers and their pets. The changes we are making are to simplify the club, providing more rewards throughout the year and making it simpler for customers to earn rewards with Jollyes.
From 30th May we will no longer issue points for shops in store and online, however so customers do not miss our on 30th May we’re issuing a £2 voucher to every customer who has points in their account. This will mean any spare points are automatically turned into a voucher so customers will not miss out
We want to ensure that customers get regular perks for joining the club. So were introducing key perks
· 10% off their next visit when you join- this will be emailed to the customer the day after they sign up to PetClub and is redeemable for 6 weeks after their receive it- they just need to click to activate”
· £2 voucher after 5 visits- When a customer spends £10 in store or online they will automatically receive a paw print stamp. After 5 stamps the customer will get a £2 voucher will will be emailed to the customer and added in their account section. All the customer needs to do is activate the voucher
· PetClub Anniversary- every year on the anniversary of the customer joining PetClub they will receive a 10% off voucher which will be automatically emailed to the customer they just need to activate the voucher
· Exclusive Discounts and Offers- will be emailed to customers throughout the year so that they can spoil their pets! Customers need to remember to subscribe to emails to benefit.
· New and Exclusive News- be the first to hear about new competition, deals and advice all aimed at making customers pets lives better!
No, the 10% off the next shop is for new customers only
No, we are not going to be using an app for the time being, the old app is no longer valid you can therefore manage your account by logging online this will be where you get all of your vouchers etc. We will also email the vouchers to customers so that they know that they have received them.
The account page will show how many stamps you have an how many you have to get your £2 voucher.
The PetClub card will soon be able to be added to the customers google or apple wallet and can be scanned from there. Alternatively a search of the customers postcode will also help locate the customer
All vouchers are added to the account page so can be found online. This will clearly show any new and current voucher. Simply click to activate and these will automatically apply next time you visit.
Yes, every voucher has an expiry dates, customers need to check on their account page to ensure that they benefit from the rewards.
No, the 1 stamp will be provided for the transaction over £10
No, there is a max of 1 stamps per day
We will send the customer reminders through email and then on the 5th stamp we will send the voucher directly to the customer they just need to click to activate and then the discount will automatically be applied.
Temporarily no, however we will soon be adding the feature where you will be able to collect stamps! We will advise when this is available.
No, at this stage vouchers are in store redemption only
Joining Jollyes Pet Club comes at no cost to you. It's completely free to become a member.
The easiest way to check your vouchers is by logging in online and checking your vouchers. You can also ask a staff member in-store to check if you have any vouchers available.
Any vouchers you earn will specify an expiry date for that voucher.
You can track your historic in-store or online purchases through your account online.
